Each time we do a wine tasting, we write articles about things related to the wines we tasted. Sometimes the focus is on a region, sometimes on a grape. The focus might be on comparing pairs of wines, or trying a grape we've never heard of before. This gives context to the tasting, and makes things more interesting.
