In D.C., we went to a tapas place in Chinatown for National Drink Wine Day (Feb 18). They had a great white Rioja, which was light, dry and mild. It's the perfect thing to go with all the wild flavors of the various tapas treats. it won't bring out the flavors more, but it will blend in, and you'll be glad you tried it. Much cooler than the obvious choice of sangria.
